Job Description

  • Pack and dispatch orders received via CartRun Online Application
  • Liaise with CartRun Admin regarding stock availability and replacements
  • Liase with CartRun Customers regarding the above
  • organising replacements or refunds as necessary, and keep accurate records such communications
  • Monitor stock availability, consulting with 3rd party regarding same and communicating findings to CartRun Admin
  • Identify new product lines; communicating such with CartRun Admin
  • Monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines;

What we are looking for

The successful applicant might have previous sales order processing experience.

Candidates from other backgrounds, including interns and/or recent graduates, will also be considered on merit.

  • Communicate with customers via Watts app messenger
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures


  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
