What is the order process?
Our order process is simple:
Either signup on our website here
Or download our Android or IOs App here
You can signup either with your email address or Facebook, Gmail, or iCloud details for quick signup.
Step1. Select the store closest to you (Our will use your GPS to show you the most relevant store in your area for Woolworths, PnP, PnP Liquor, or Clicks)
Step2. Add favorite products.
Step3. Select Checkout and add your address and time you want your delivery scheduled.
Step4. Select your payment method. (Then Pay) we use Payfast for VISA, MasterPass, Instant EFT, and Debit.
Step5. Waiting for the screen to confirm that the payment has been completed.
You will then be able to track your order. Our in-app notification will keep you updated on your delivery.
What happens when an item is out of stock?

Option1. Contact me to confirm replacement products/s
One of our friendly in-store shopper/s will get in contact with you via In-app chat or via WhatsApp to confirm any product replacements. Once replacements have been confirmed we will adjust the order on your invoice and re-invoice your account with the new products.
Option2. Choose a replacement product for me.
One of our friendly in-store shopper/s will not contact you, however, they will choose the best replacement products for you.
Option3. Leave it and don’t replace the product
One of our friendly in-store shopper/s will not contact you and will not replace products that are out of stock. We will refund any difference to your wallet or your account upon request.
Price difference at the end of the order
- If there is a difference in balance we will refund this to your Cart Wallet which you can use to offset any replacements in the future or we can refund it back to your bank account.
- If there is an amount outstanding we will send you a notification via the app that will prompt you to pay any differences or you can use any money in our Cart Wallet to do this.
What is the delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of R35
What are your delivery timeframes?
Our deliveries takes under 2 hours.
We do provide cartrun express in certyain areas where we provide 45 minute delivers.
Rewards cards that can be loaded on CartRun?
We accept rewards cards for Woolworths, Pick n Pay & Clicks.
